This image started with a photo I took of an old Royal typewriter keyboard. I then added a mask with scratches and a writing texture, focusing on the brown tones for an autumn palette.
This museum is located in The Hague, in the Netherlands. The collection features Dutch and Flemish artists, such as Johannes Vermeer, whose Girl with a Pearl Earring is displayed on the banner above. This museum is well worth visiting and we also visited the Escher Museum on the same day.
