With a view of the canal boats at Damrak and close to the red light district of Amsterdam, The Grasshopper restaurant and coffee shop is well situated and popular with tourists.

Spice Islanders

I found the people of Grenada to be extremely friendly and fiercely proud of their island country and its natural bounty. I saw this couple in an area that is part of Grand Etang National Park. The woman is holding a cacao pod and the man is holding a necklace made of local spices.

I loved the bright, saturated colors of Willemstad, Curacao. I took more photos of this town than any other port on the cruise.

Coconut Vendor, Aruba

This coconut vendor's truck was parked near the California Lighthouse on Aruba. He was doing a brisk business selling open coconuts to the nearby tourists.

Morning Cappucino

This part of the ship, Cafe al Bacio, was a favorite morning hangout for me. They served some of the best cappucinos and chocolate croissants I've had outside of Italy and France.
